Olivier and Stéphane welcome you every day, for lunch and dinner, during the season. Both natives of the Hauts-de-France region, more precisely of Flanders, they offer you a gourmet voyage: Olivier with a selection of special beers from Belgium and France, on draught or in bottle, and Stéphane with an elaborate cuisine combining mountain recipes and Flanders flavors - from Beaufort to Maroilles, from tartiflette to carbonnade, not forgetting the famous fresh fries with beef fat. The menu follows the seasons, with a dish of the day and suggestions on the slate.
