Oisans Tourisme processes personal data for the purpose of providing an online booking service. The legal basis of this processing is the performance of a contract. The data is essential for this processing and is hosted by our data processor Alliance Réseaux and, if relevant, may be accessed by our online marketing service following a request from service providers. Your contact details will also be forwarded to the service provider with which you make a reservation, to enable it to process and manage your booking. We do not keep your personal data any longer than is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which we gathered it. Under the terms set out in law, you may query, access, rectify, exercise your right to portability, limiting processing and opposition on legitimate grounds, together with providing instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
