Adult Recreational Swimming

During this dedicated session, the pool is organised into lanes according to swimming ability and pace, creating a smooth, comfortable swimming environment where everyone can swim at their own speed.

Whether you're a beginner, an intermediate or an experienced swimmer, you can make the most of your session without other activities getting in the way.

The swimming instructor is also on hand throughout the session to offer technical advice, help refine your stroke and provide personalised coaching to help you improve at your own pace.

To maintain a focused sporting atmosphere and ensure the best possible experience, this session is exclusively for swimmers wishing to swim lengths. Leisure swimming and access to the water slides are not permitted during this time.
