Behind-the-scenes scientific tour

Researchers at Le Lautaret study alpine plants and, more generally, the consequences of climate change and human practices in the mountains.
The visit begins in the laboratory and continues with a tour of the garden's other facilities, used for scientific research and experimentation. Take a behind-the-scenes look at the research programs and the scientific involvement of the Jardin du Lautaret.

You may not realize it when you walk through the garden gates... But the Jardin du Lautaret is a small team of just a dozen people, who bring this scientific research center and this wonderful botanical garden to life.
