Glacier hike on the Girose glacier (3200m)
No particular technical difficulty. This outing requires good physical condition, particularly in view of the altitude. Regular walking is recommended.
Ascent: 400m
Level: Intermediate.
Equipment required: 1 pair of crampons and 1 small rucksack with 1 pair of gloves, 1 fleece, 1 water bottle, 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 sun cream, 1 windbreaker and 1 picnic.
