A native of the Oisans region, Laëtitia has been interested in minerals, their virtues and their energy from an early age, incorporating them into her meditation and relaxation sessions.

The mineral energy of the Oisans, powerful, soothing, rejuvenating and revitalizing, has always nourished her practice.

A passionate collector, she brings together Alpine minerals, quartz from La Gardette, gems from India or Brazil, fossils... Each stone has its place and its role.

This childhood fascination has turned into a veritable life path. Initially a historian and medieval archaeologist, Laëtitia published her first book, Les récits d'origine des minéraux: étude historique du IXᵉ au XIIIᵉ siècle. At the same time, she conducts research into mineral energy, experienced on a daily basis, in the mountains or with the minerals that surround her.

Today, she shares her knowledge through a variety of practices: intuitive, personalized massages - from relaxation to sports recovery, right through to energy care - meditation, mineral energy discovery and relaxation.
