Wellbeing – Massages and energy treatments Nicolas Ponton and Claire Letoublon

Nicolas has been a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2005.
He uses acupuncture, Tuina massage (traditional Chinese massage), therapeutic touch (magnetism) and advice on diet and lifestyle harmony. These various methods facilitate work within the ‘physical’, “emotional” and ‘mental’ bodies, relieving and soothing tensions in order to access the source of the injury and release it.

Claire is a practitioner of traditional Chinese abdominal massage: Qi Nei Zang.
This is a deep energetic massage of the internal organs. It detoxifies, releases pent-up emotions, harmonises the body, provides relaxation and restores energy.
Claire also practises full-body relaxation massage, combining several Asian techniques.
As a textile designer, she brings colourful inner children to life by connecting with your energy.

The practice is located below the church square, on the street that goes downhill, between the restaurant ‘Le Cours de la Vie’ and the pottery workshop ‘Ca Tourne’, next to the shop ‘Pierres de Lune’, at the end of the small courtyard.
