The frothing, turquoise blue waters of the Véneon river, an airy, swinging footbridge, a varied and well thought-out route, a few athletic parts, together with some wonderfully exposed sections, make this a classic via ferrata route. It consists of 2 sections.

This 1st section offers a very varied and fun route through the cliffs.
The start immediately sets the mood: a small rocky bar overhanging the tumultuous Vénéon... You then climb to a footbridge with a strong roll reminiscent of bridges from the depths of Colombia. You climb over a pretty ledge, then slabs, before rejoining the road to Saint-Christophe en Oisans.

To continue on the 2nd part of the via ferrata to the Vierge du Collet, simply cross the road and take the start.
The rest is a separate itinerary for little calves eager to tackle the wall (30 min). From the age of 6, children can put on a harness and learn to move along the cable without apprehension: escape routes allow you to shorten the climb if you feel tired.

Via ferrata equipment can be hired from the whitewater base at the Plan du Lac bridge.

Minimum age: 8 years
