A large gravelled area precedes this single-storey chalet.
The entrance leads to the kitchen with a table that seats 10. This kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, toaster, fondue and raclette machines, crockery and cutlery and everything else required for 10 people.
At the far end of the entrance, a door gives access to two large storerooms for provisions, a ski room and a toilet.
A staircase leads up to the 1st floor, where you'll find the living room with TV, DVD player, Internet, books and games. A bedroom with 2 side-by-side 90cm beds, bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine, all south-facing with balcony and access to the garden terrace.
The staircase then leads to the 2nd floor landing, which opens onto a bedroom with 2 side-by-side 90cm beds, two bedrooms with 90cm beds and two further bedrooms with a 90cm bed, a bathroom (bath, washbasin) and a separate toilet.
This landing gives access to a shaded terrace communicating with the 1st floor terrace via a charming stone staircase.
The chalet is equipped with fiber optic cable and is south-facing, with balconies and two sunny grassed terraces.
