Les Martagons ski-in/ski-out residence, small atypical duplex apartment with many beds in the basement, located at the foot of the slopes on the Place des Écrins with a view of the snow front.
On the first level, this apartment comprises: a fully-equipped kitchen/living room, a shower room with large shower and toilet, a bedroom with 2 sleeping areas, 1 with a bunk bed and two 90cm beds, and the other with a 140cm bed and an extra 90cm bed underneath.
Upstairs there's a small living room with sofa bed, a sleeping area with a 140cm double bed, plus a ski locker in the basement.
The apartment is equipped with 3 comforters for 140 beds, 2 comforters for 90 beds and 8 square pillows.
The apartment has a floor area of approx. 50 m² and 30 m² under Carrez law.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for one or two families with children. At the foot of the building, you'll find a mini-market, a ski rental store, a cinema, two restaurants, a day-care center and ESF lessons. The daycare service brings and collects children from ESF lessons.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided. Housekeeping is compulsory and is the responsibility of holidaymakers, but can be provided by the concierge at a cost of €70.
