The apartment is located on Place des Écrins, in the Martagons B building, just above the Sherpa and ESF kindergarten, near the Bauchets beginners' carpet and next to the cinema, Les Marmottes kids' club, Intersport rental store and "Le Schuss" restaurant.

This charming studio offers ski-in/ski-out access for ski enthusiasts and quick and easy access to hiking trails for non-skiers. The apartment has a south-east exposure and a magnificent panoramic view of the Écrins massif and La Muzelle. The sun streams into the studio through the large bay window to guarantee maximum comfort and warmth.

It can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 distinct areas, separated by a door:
- an 18m² living room with 1 sofa-bed and TV for cosy evenings out
- a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, allowing children to lie down in peace and quiet, while parents enjoy the end of the day in their own space.

The living room features an 18m² kitchenette, a place to share moments with family and friends, and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, 1 fridge with 1 freezer, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 fondue machine for 8 people, 1 raclette machine for 4 people, 1 salad spinner, 1 coffee machine, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 spacious cupboard, 3 storage units and all crockery for 4 people (plates, glasses, cutlery...).

The studio also includes a balcony, located just above the children's garden, spacious enough for a meal for 4, to admire your children's progress or simply to fill up on vitamin D. It is equipped with 2 tables and 4 chairs.

The bathroom includes a wall-mounted clotheshorse, storage unit and hairdryer. The hallway features a wall-mounted cupboard and shelving to store the many items you'll need during your stay in the mountains.

The studio also includes 1 elevator and 1 private ski locker. Le Comptoir de Dorine" concierge service is also available to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay, as well as with the handover and return of your apartment keys.
