Group yoga classes at your place of stay

Whether you live in Oisans or are just visiting, I will come to your place to share complicity and relaxation through yoga with your friends or family. Work on the relationship between the body (movement), the mind (thought) and your breathing (breath) will be the focus of the session.
Group classes up to 6 people - friends or family.
Appointments by phone only - times and dates to be arranged together.
Travel within a 15km radius of Bourg d'Oisans is included. Beyond that, travel costs will be added to the proposed rate.
Please provide a quiet place where we will not be disturbed during our session.
