Individual yoga classes at home

Maybe it is difficult for you to travel or you simply prefer it, I can teach you yoga directly at home. Whether you live in Oisans or are just visiting, I will come and give you yoga sessions adapted to your requirements and wishes.
Work on the relationship between the body (movement), the mind (thought) and breathing (breath) will be the focus of the session.
Individual classes - for adults and seniors - specially designed for people with reduced mobility, whether permanent or temporary.
Appointments by phone only - times and dates to be arranged together.
Travel within a 15km radius of Bourg d'Oisans is included - beyond that, travel costs will be added to the proposed rate.
Please provide a quiet place where we will not be disturbed during our session.
