Les Marmottes de l’Alpe

On the ski area of Alpe d'Huez, in the Oisans, the chalet classified 3* (Gîtes de France administrative classification), is located in the heart of a mountain village in the hamlet of Cours in Auris-en-Oisans, in a quiet environment and with a magnificent panoramic view of the Écrins national park and La Meije, opposite Les 2 Alpes.

The interior :
This cosy chalet of 75 m² is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall with cupboards, a separate toilet, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and the living room with a wood-burning stove and television.
The first floor has three bedrooms with storage, including two trundle beds (sleeps 4), (possibility of putting a baby bed in one of the bedrooms with a double bed).

Exterior:
Large balcony of 20 m², with garden table, armchairs and deckchairs, panoramic view accessible from the living room (ideal for having an aperitif or drinking coffee), a 500 m²-garden, and a terrace with picnic table, pizza oven, barbecue....and on the other side of the chalet, a small shaded terrace (30 m²)
